Once you've arrived in Leissigen, the fun with water really starts. Its situation, directly on the shores of the lake, will motivate you to try out and discover the various water sports activities. Leissigen Lido is well known for the fantastic view over Lake Thun and is also a fun place to bathe. There is also a surf ski centre here.
Leissigen is the perfect starting point for hikes, excursions and for discovering the idyllic surroundings. For possibly the best view over Leissigen and the Spissibach as well as an adrenaline kick, go up to the suspension bridge. 144 m long and around 60 m above the stream bed, you will discover the spectacular nature from a totally new perspective. The bridge is part of the popular panoramic circular route round Lake Thun. Discover and experience the diverse alpine world using the hiking trails that start from Leissigen.
