Ride over the Uetendorfberg until you reach the River Gürbe and Wattenwil, continuing along the northern flank of the Stockhorn range with magnificent views of the Stockental valley and Bernese Alps.

The route is hilly at first, passing the Geistsee moraine lake and continuing alongside the River Gürbe to Wattenwil. Ride along the left side of the valley with scenic views of the Gürbetal and Bernese Alps to Blumenstein. The route briefly follows the Stockental House Trail, a theme trail with well-preserved traditional houses.  The branch-off to Blumenstein church appears at the upper edge of the village. After a short but steep ascent, you will reach the main road from Pohlern to Niederstocken. Continue through the Seeliswald, a small, protected upland moor with carnivorous sundew, to the Glütschbachtal valley. At its centre you will find a scenic and shaded waterside barbecue area. It is well worthwhile taking a short break to recharge your batteries here. The last route section takes you alongside the Amsoldingen and Uebeschi lakes back to Uetendorf.
