Events instead of detonators
A beautiful restaurant situated directly on the River Aare in a building where detonators were once produced. The restaurant has a large hall suitable for up to 120 people as well as a gravel terrace and two other terraces, which are popular for company events and weddings. The Zündkapselfabrik is one of three restaurants run by the TRANSfair Foundation. The foundation improves the prospects of people with mental disabilities by providing them with employment. Everything is prepared by culinary specialists, some of whom are disabled.
